I almost didn't make this trip - for a moment I thought it was in Portsmouth and not Plymouth. Luckily I discovered my error before leaving London, but unfortunately didn't arrive in Plymouth until 2.00 am. On this trip I discovered the joys of diving in a dry suit. I also accompanied the novice Fiona MacDonald as well as the more experienced Graham Hill and my perenial buddy Simon Evans.
